I purchased a brand new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland in January 2011. The engine overheated and the vehicle broke down in March 2011. I called the dealership and they gave me an 800 number to call as I was stuck on the side of the road. That 800 number gave me another 800 number... Luckily I had triple A and go the vehicle towed to the dealership. After a few days of calling and not receiving any call backs,... view more I finally got somebody to talk to me and I was told by Danny in the service department and their ""5 star"" liaison that I had a blown engine and that they had to do an engine ""tear down"" to assess the amount of damage. The engine has basically been rebuilt. The Courtesy dealership did NOTHING to help me get the vehicle replaced through Chrysler, except for ""point me in the right direction"" by giving me an 800 number! In the fourteen days they had my vehicle, not a single person at the dealership initiated a call to update or help me and the couple calls I did get were induced by my constant calling. If you are looking for a dealership that provides any level of communication or customer service after you purchase the vehicle - GO ELSEWHERE. I have a three month old, vehicle with a rebuilt engine that I will never be able to sell. Anybody can google the VIN number and see that the engine has been rebuilt. Best advice, don`t by a Chrysler Corp. product. They will not do the right thing!

Fraudulent people

This place gave me a car so easy I was surprised about it but weeks after it came that the financial manager named Kathy Pizarro was lying to the banks about my personal, job and even credit information. The banks denied the loans because they said what she was doing was unethical. I reported this issue to the BBB and like all company they refused to give me the reason. They are very sneaky they would do anything to... view more sell a car including lie about your job and credit information. Like I mentioned she put me as I was working somewhere else, she put me like I was earning more than I was really was and then she gave the bank a different address from my real one. Thank god the banks call me to confirm the information and everything they had about me was a lie invented by her so I didn`t get the car but I got a higher insurance policy because they made me canceled mines and late fees for my trade in car. Stay away from this and many other dealers but remember to have a approved loan before going to a dealer because if you get a dealer`s loan you would pay more, get information behind your back that is false, you pay penalties if you decide to pay off your loan and higher interests....!!
