STAY AWAY!!!! My husband and I were taking our 2008 volvo`s here for yearly repair, thanks to a flat tire and a AAA repairman we realized that the people at Deel Volvo were not rotating or aligning our tires, even though we were paying for this service. The tires in my husbands car were down to the thread in the inside due to lack of alignment, it really was a miracle he never had an accident. My car had the tires... view more practically flat due to lack of rotation. Last year we paid over $300 on just the yearly service for each car. We did this thinking that the dealer would be a lot more careful than a regular mechanic. Both of our cars have less than 20,000 miles and we had to change ALL four tires on both cars. The mechanic we took our cars to, somebody whom I known for a long time and I now regret not taking my car there, confirmed what the AAA guy told us. All I can say is don`t waist your time and money, and specially don`t risk having an accident, these people don`t care about your safety!!!!

Very unfortunate that their service dept doesn`t measure up to their sales dept. Take the time to read CAREFULLY what you are signing before leaving your car or turning in the keys. They will charge you for everything under the stars - even if you don`t have the car serviced for all the ""recommended"" services that your car ""needs"". They are more interested in making money than actually taking care of their cus... view moretomers. They are sharks! They are rude to their customers and dishonest! I`d recommend taking your car for service elsewhere!!!

I was told that I but bad gas in my car and that my warranty would not cover it. The bill $527.00 I obtained proof from US Dept. of Agriculture that the gas in the vehicle met USDA standards, and was not the problem. Finally after 6 weeks of being treated like a deadbeat they ""generously"" did the repair at no charge. One week later I received a recall letter from GM, the problem was the computer all along! It requ... view moreired a firmware download. Also they get about $85.00 for the battery for the smart key. Guess what, they`re 2 for $6.00 at Walgreens! It`s a CR-2032 memory battery and no special tools are needed, the key is it`s own tool and the car has the programming. put in the new battery and put the key in the car and it`s automatically programmed! Ha!

Like most dealers I feel there service prices are EXTREAMLY HIGH. I don`t mind paying for anything as long as I feel I am getting a fair price, but with them I felt like I was getting ripped off in every sense of the word. Over $1,500 for a 30,000 mile service and few extras that needed repair. I`m talking about almost $200 for a pair of clips tthat hold the soft top in place. $200 dollars for CLIPS!!!
