PARTS DEPT: I was a walk in needing a part that auto parts places don`t carry. Erick is the man who looked it up, told me the cost and while I was reaching for my wallet knowing that I would have to pay up front, he said excuse me, and then answered the phone. I waited for the phone call to end, when he answered the second phone call. I am standing there asking myself how many more calls is he going to answe... view morer with me standing right in front of him. I waited another minute or two, and when it was apparent that this phone call was going to end soon, I walked out. I felt stupid just standing there for no reason. I would characterize this service as very poor. So, go to Mike Shade if you need a part where you have to walk through the showroom to get to parts.
