BAD Customer service. Went there with a coupon for buy one oil change, get second one on same car free...Fair enough, EXCEPT they took over an hour to do the oil change, which shouldn`t take that long considering I was one of Two cars there. Also when I paid, they said just bring the same coupon back for the free oil change next time....Fast forward 4 months, they said I was supposed to have a voucher given to me, ... view morewhich they didn`t and they claimed I had to have it to get the free oil change. Even though they could look in the system and see I got one. Sooo, I walked out, they lost my business and the 4 wheel brake job I needed done on my girlfriends car. Nice work for being stubborn on a $25 oil change, the brakes are probably going to cost me $400 somewhere else. The key phrase being, SOMEWHERE ELSE. Too bad I can`t give 0 stars.

HORRIBLE!!! Waste of TIME and ...

HORRIBLE!!! Waste of TIME and MONEY!!!I had the brakes serviced and was told the front rotors could be resurfaced for $20. The entire visit took over 5 hours to complete the front and back brakes!! 2 weeks and less than 80 miles later I brought the car back in because they were squeaking and making all kinds of grinding noises. Turns out I now was told that I had to replace the front rotors and they did NOT credit th... view moree price for their resurfacing. Also, they told me that the reason my A/C was blowing warm was because the condenser and compressor gave out and it would take $1400 to repair it. I have their estimate. I have an extended warranty on the car so brought it back to the dealer who then tell me for $210 they would recharge the system and it would work just fine. Thank goodness I went to REAL mechanics because Midas would have ripped me off AGAIN!!!! Hopefully none else will get taken advantage of by their terrible mechanics and shady managers
