Not very ethical

No longer Mobil 1 and key employees left. If you are concerned about whether a company takes responsibility for damage to your vehicle, then avoid this location. I drive a van with an antenna dome that stands up 20?ˆ? on the roof. Their employee guided me into the bay and directly into a partially lowered bay door that destroyed the antenna. This location is owned by a Valvoline (not Mobile 1) franchisee in the Boston area but no one at the local business, the regional manager, or the office near Boston would ever return messages. In fact, no one in Boston would even answer the phone if they saw my caller ID. Not a very professional company. When after a month I finally got the main man in Boston, he said they were not responsible because the employee told him that he could not see the antenna. Really? 20?ˆ? on top of a van? Pretty lame. Think twice about who you want to do business with.

Most friendly and quickest oil change your`ll ever have.

Fastests and best place to get an oil change in the Broward County area. I come from Coral Springs to Fort Lauderdale just for there service. Always friendly, fast, and efficient. Great prices and great variety of Coffee an Tea.. :)

I have been to many oil change locations in my time but never had i been to one thats is a fast and efficient as this mobil 1 lube express. All the employees are extremely helpful and enjoy what they do. Not only is the price worth the service but they also have beverages for you to enjoy while you wait. Hard Lesson Learned

I went to Mobil Lube Express at 1000 W Commercial Blvd, Fort Lauderdale for an express oil change service. Beyond the regular oil service I was also recommended the coolant system flush service. After the service I have noticed severe coolant leaking problem. I brought my car into an auto service shop and was told two problems: 1. There is a hole in the radiator that`s causing the leak. The hole was apparently mad... view moree from the coolant system flush. 2. Another hole was found in the oil pan around the drain plug which was resealed by glue. Engine oil was leaking. The repair cost was over $500. There was no leaking problem before the service and Mobil Lube Express caused these damages to my car.
