Ok here I will start.I brought my car to this awful place,oh God I wish,I knew,to fix my a/ and it was on friday night,so they told me to come back on Monday morn at 8am,since they didn`t have a blower part,so I came back on Monday at 8,I was asked to come back @10,I did,the mechanic started his job around 10:30,after me being there for 2 hours n them telling me 5 more min 5 more min,they told me hubby I`ll have to c... view moreome back tomms,computer of ur car got locked n ur car won`t start,can you imagine how mad I was,ive had an appointed with a notary,that I missed n had to go to work in one hours,so they gave me a ride home n my fun part just begun,the next day I Called!!!!!! Not them to to tell me sorry ur car will be ready tomms,they kept my car for 2 weeks!!!! Everyday ignoring my calls,n telling me we will call when its ready,ok two weeks later I came to get a car n guess what they put a separate like a light on/off switch under my wheel,and the way it worked was on all the waaaaaay,so loud so u dont hear any radio,or I know its not good to talk on the phone but anyways that option was unavailable as well so cold loud winter wind or no steamy sauna,that how I can subscribe that.so I wanted to kill the owner n burn their place after that,so I ran back into the office n barely English speaking lady tells me,u wanted a/ u got it,what`s ur problem?so o wanted yo talk yo the owner n of course he went to peru for 3 weeks n there`s no email or phone number that would reach him,ok I waited talking about almost 6 weeks my a/ wasnt fixed,Oscar took my car back one week later it was ready,n of course by that time I had to buy another car becuz I have to have a transportation like any modern human.gues what the regular switch was blowing warm air and during the day,just steamy hot Florida air!!! So today I took it back against weeks period!!!! Of course Oscar yelled that the air is cold n im crazy,guess what his mechanic tuned up somth n oh , my air became cold!!!but as soon as I left that place went back to warm so I had to turn around Again!!! Mechanic had to adjust staff,so IF u wanna save ur money,time,brain cells never ,ever,ever, should go to that place.Plus I haven`t mention yet Rt that my car was scratched inside n outside,plus ashes from mech smoking,plus dusty n nasty I had to take my car to the car wash n vacuum for about 20 min,plus ive had two receipt on 200 hundred dollars from target for the stuff I wanted to return,I left it in my car would never though that smbd would trow it away,its not urs ,don`t touch it!!!I`ve seen smbd said that wanna take the owner to the court IM definitely up for it as well,how many hours n gas n nerves n 600$ ,plus two month to fix an a/ its freaking ridiculous,and I agree all the positive comments start identically,they are fake 100%.there is no human in the whole planet earth that would give them even one star,I wish there was minus 100 star rating!!!
