Take it where the insurance tells you, dont be a fool like me. This shop left my car without a horn, 4 (YES THATS FOUR) lights on my dash, only installed HID`s on the top headlights and installed yellow lights on the bottom knowing I had 4 HID`s, made a 4 inch scratch on my rocker panel,promised to touch up my spoiler and never did and worst of all took SIXTY THREE days to repair my car!!! I ended up taking my car to... view more a trusted certified BMW mechanic shop to fix all of these issues and spent over $700 to fix all of them , it was well worth the money knowing AUTO LAB would have probably kept my car for weeks and I dont trust them to fix the problems that should have NEVER BEEN PROBLEMS TO BEGIN WITH. Who gives a customer their bmw back and doesnt realize they do not have a horn? Who does a $14000 repair and then tells their customer "By the way you need to buy the washer fluid sensor thats why the light is on your dash". The body work came out great and so did the paint but all these issues shows me this shop doesnt truly care about their customers and is just out to make a dollar ....never again!!
