If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is horrible. Don`t let their budget tv ad fool you into what will eventually be a nightmare. Most of their cars are listed with "unlimited mileage". If you pull a Carfax report, you will find the vehicles they are selling are with the 20th+ owner, had an accident or multiple accidents or were drug cars seized and then bought by them at auction. total joke of a place. STAY AWAY!!!! My son bought a car there. Radio, DVD, tire, door handles fell off issues in the first 4 days. Car salesperson, said "oh we`ll take care of that" Had an accident that thankfully insurance covered. Insurance pays for fix and they do not even check the timing! Asked for detailed invoice when repairs were done, that took 2 week to get, then it was wrong. they just... view more tried to make numbers add up. Wanted it for warranty so when the new engine they put in fails, we have recourse. Say they were not paid to check the engine when it was put in. Insurance agent said she has never heard of such a thing in 15 years! I could go on and on, major money but they still beat on the door when payment runs late. Made a payment, they applied to wrong thing, said it was my fault for not checking. He is lumbered with this car. OH yeah and they hide GPS track in it as well without telling you in paperwork. IMHO run as fast as you can AWAY from this place. He has driven this car about 7 days out of the 2 months he has owned it. Talked to a local tow guy and he said he has been told my owners to tow the car there and leave keys in it as the owners didn`t want he car any more on multiple occasions. Heaven forbid you should stick your ground and question anything they do. Then they get short, snippy and rude. This includes everyone, finance, owner Tony and even service manager. It is very convenient to have a service department, just jack the bill and then cover 50%.

This company is awesome at getting you there but they need to re look at getting people to buy. Went there because they are one of the only buy here places that offer a warranty. Awesome.... I thought. First off over 95% of their cars have severe body damage like dents, scratches, etc. they have 2 prices, the advertised price and the on site price. The advertised price is cash only which is like $2,000 cheaper than t... view morehe finance price. The advertised price is competitive but the finance price is riduculous. I mean like $14,000 for a 6 year old mini cooper with 130,000 miles and 20 big scratches and dents!!! Then comes the warranty.... 50/50 which means if a repair cost $2,000 they will charge $4,000 and tell you, see you only have to bay half.....it`s clear they are jacking the price up to cover any benefits they might offer.... Beware if you`re thinking about buying a car from here. We left FAST... We went to a real dealership and bought a 2008 caliber with 50k miles with a 2 year warranty for $1,500 less than the 2006 mini cooper at this place.

I didn`t mind it until they burned me on a car! My enginge blew up 2 months after getting it. They fixed it then the radiator went out... nothing but problems every since. They make you pay 50% of the repairs. I`ve lost over $1000 in this car! RUN RUN RUN!

Shortly after we purchased our vehicle, we had clutch problems. They were fixed in a timely manner and offered a rental. You don`t get that kind of service at any buy here pay here!
