I recently purchased a dodge charger
I recently purchased a dodge charger from here a little over 3 months ago. The staff was helpful then. Few days ago while driving the passenger side mirror just randomly fell off hanging from the wires. After looking, the piece was broke off in the inside and someone has glued it on. Called the dealership, transferred a million times before they would let me speak with a manager. spoke with the manager to be told the... view morey could not fix it for free, that I would receive a discount for $120 to fix it. Never imagine that a dealership this big & popular would sell a car like that, with the outside mirror glued on. I will not be purchasing my next car from here especially since they glue stuff instead of fixing it!

Loved buying a car from Holler!
I just bought a Honda Fit from Holler, and I had a very pleasant experience. ""Mo"" is an awesome salesperson, as he didn`t pressure me into a purchase on the spot. I told him I was just looking and wanted to do some test drives. He was very knowledgeable about the Fit`s features and differences in the models, years, etc. He followed up with me after hours, and when he wasn`t available, he asked another associ... view moreate to help out in the process. I also had a great experience with the GM, John Sekula. He was very fair with my trade-in vehicle, and just an all around great guy to work with. They have the no-haggle/best pricing at Holler, so you don`t have to worry about their cars being overpriced and getting that sick feeling in your stomach because you think you`re getting taken to the cleaners. I highly recommend this dealership for new and used car purchases!

Last week I looking for a sparkplug for my S2000 and the guy in the parts department hang up on me 3 times, provably because Im not a good English speaker, I complaint this situation with the from desk people. Then later on I went to Coggin Honda and I got my plugs right away same afternoon.

You really dont get the opport...
You really dont get the opportunity to see great customer service unless something goes wrong. I had my civic in for a/c working intermitantly. It wasnt fixed right the first time (easy to miss with an intermitant problem) but I was made to feel important and respected and appreciated when I brought it back to fix it the second time. Holler is a quality establishment who appreciates their customers! You have made a ... view moreloyal customer out of me! Every last detail impressed me. They greeted me at my car when I arrived every time. They returned my rental for me. They called every day with updates on the status of the vehicle... this was a tough one! They replaced many components of the A/C system before finding the issue and I feel I was billed correctly!

Salesman, Denny Applebury
I purchased a new Honda CRV late September and Denny found exactly the vehicle that I wanted. I had done quite a bit of research on the internet for pricing, trade-in, etc. and I paid close to what I expected. The finance person doesn`t budge on price one little bit, but did give me a good trade-in price, so it balanced out. And their price is on the sticker already discounted. It took me several weeks to decide... view more what I wanted and during that time I had some minor surgery. I was impressed that Denny called me at home to see how I was doing. He didn`t pressure me at all about buying. Unfortunately, I called the dealership with a question about the tire pressure light and found that Denny is no longer there. He was the best, so I can only hope that my future dealings with this company are equal. They should read this and get him back! So far I would go back to purchase from there again, but time will tell!

Dishonorable
They do not honor the sale price on their sticker. Because someone in their office goofed they did not want to honor what we wanted to purchase. The finance person came out and ripped the sticker off the car while we was standing there and the dealer wanted to sell us a different car then what we wanted. If you want "Service", go somewhere else!
I bought a "brand" new 2009 Honda Accord with 0 miles on it during their let`s get rid of the 09 car sale! This car immediately had noise coming from the right-rear area of the car during either take off or stopping. I notified Holler of this (Sales Rep) and was told to bring it in. My first chance to bring the car in (December 22), I was told that they were closing and bring it back the next business day w... view morehich was the 27th. I showed up at 7 AM. After turning my car in and waiting for nearly 3 hours, they provided me with a rental car to go to work. I was never called that entire day. Finally at 5 PM, I called the Service Tech, who stated that they had to "order" a part from Honda to fix my brand new car and the part would be in the following day. The next day came and went and I never heard from Holler Honda. I received a vm at 6:30 PM that evening that they finally fixed my brand new car and that I could pick it up. The following morning, I dropped off their rental and picked up my car. It appears to be fixed (even though it is brand new). No real explanation, just that they had to put some "material" in the right rear wheel-well..... Don`t understand that but hey, no noise so I`m OK. 2 weeks later, I check my AMEX card and they are charging me $62.00 for gas on their loaner that they gave me without telling me I needed to return full or pay 7+ a Gallon (none of which was divulged to me)????????????? I have NOT even begun a relationship with this DEALERSHIP yet, but I think Classic HONDA gets my businsess from now on!!!! Heck, I think David Maus who services my Camry now is 1000 times better than these Yahoos (no pun intended). Thanks for reading and beware!!!!
