I have a 2008 Ford F450 with a six transmission. I went to so many places and everyone was ridiculously expensive. For example, AAMCO wanted 6000 for repairs. But my friend told me about Allens so I went there, they gave me the repair for $2000 less. I was extremely grateful and they did great work. Going to go here for all my auto needs.

Wow! Much appreciation for this local business :) They care about their customers; negotiating reasonable prices, offering great services. I know nothing about cars, but the manager took his time to explain the problem to me and negotiate a great price for me because i am student with a low budget. Going here for ANY future car problems. Fantastic. :)

Excellent Service!

Bought a car from them 2 months ago AS IS at a very very good price.
It had an alternator problem so I brought it back and the manager said that he would personally fix it for free.
After doing a fantastic job i offered to pay for the labor and he refused. Then I offered to give him just a gratuity or a tip for his benevolence and he said it would be unethical to accept that.

When i went to good year, they told me it would cost $290 to fix my alternator. Going here for all car related issues and concerns

Taken advantage of.....

I brought my car to Allen`s for repair, they charged me over $3,000 and before I could even get through the day my car was smoking from under the hood. After calling up there to speak to someone, I brought my car up there to see what the problem was and they kept my car for 3 days before even looking at it or calling me back with an update. when I called them, they told me they replaced a part and was charging additi... view moreonal fees. when asked why they didn`t ask permission before working on my car they stated""it was the law that they could repair a car without consent"" so I had no choice but to pay the additional charges if I wanted my car back..I am taking them to court. I was taken advantage of.

Bad customer service

I called Allen`s Used Auto Parts on Jan 17, 2007 to inquire about an SRS controller module for a 97 Honda Civic. The employee that answered the phone was rude, unhelpful and hung up on me after I thanked him after he informed me that they did not have the part.
