BAD SERVICE

FRANKIE THE MANGER OF THIS STORE DOES NOT ABIDE BY THE POLICY AND PROCEDURES OF AUTOZONE. MY HUSBAND NEEDED TO GET HIS BATTERY CHECKED AND FRANKIE THE STORE MANAGER TOLD HIM IT WAS TOO COLD TO GO OUT SIDE AND CHECK HIS BATTERY. MY HUSBAND WAS WILLING TO PURCHANSE A NEW BATTERY IF NEEDED. MY HUSBAND HAS TO GO TO WORK OUT IN THE COLD. FRANKIE HAD TO GO OUT IN THE COLD TOGET TO HIS JOB AT AUTOZONE, THIS PROCEDURE WOULD ... view moreHAVE ONLY TOOK A COUPLE OT MINUTES. MY HUSBAND WENT TO ADVANCE AUTO AND THE KIND WORKERS THERE WAS VERY WILLING TO COME OUT IN THE COLD AND CHECK HIS BATTERYFOR HIM. THIS IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT YOUR STORE, AND WORD OF MOUTH IS THE BEST ADVERTISEMENT. FRANKIE SHOWED NO REMORSE WHEN I CALLED HIM IN REFERENCE TO THIS SITUATION.
