You`ll wait for months for a new tag. I won`t be back again

Bought a used vehicle in mid-September 2009 (cash)and as of 11/20 haven`t received the new tag(plates). I hear Mandi is the one who handles the tag and she`s clueless. Called today, 11/20, and she hasn`t done anything to get me the new tag (has been sitting on her desk for two months). Finally, I was told to call Mandi with a credit card number and the new tag would be shipped out same day. When I called with cre... view moredit card, I was informed that I had to pay cash/check because their credit card machine has been down for at least two months. I got an idea - pay your bill to the credit card company and you won`t have that problem. I`m waiting until next week. If the tag insn`t received, I`ll be contacting the oversight offices of the Department of Motor Vehicles. Just very unprofessional. I had a good experience with the sales rep - Patrick but am very disappointed in the people (Mandi) that handle the paperwork. Probably won`t ever do business with them again.
