Terrible service

This is NOT the place to take your car if you want good customer service, or service on your car.The receptionist is extremely unprofessional. I`ve had issues with scheduling appointments. She would never return my calls or messages. She was rude everytime i had to speak to her on the phone. This lady had a real attitude problem and obviously has no idea what real customer service means. When i picked up my car, she ... view moreslammed my key down on the counter and didnt even say thank you for my business. My car was "fixed" once, it cost 400$ for a new battery and a week later, I was stranded at work because my battery was dead. They misdiagnosed my car, and it cost me caluable time. All in all, this whole process took over a month of going back and forth with this place. So I had to bring my car back again. They took over a week to fix my car. I will never bring my car here for service again. They don`t have enough help, or the right staff to get the job done correctly the first time.
