The review regarding multiple contracts was from a customer who did not understand the way finance charges are calculated. we set the customer up to pay two installments towards the downpayment. When he had paid the second installment we reissued a new contract showing all of his money being applied as a downpayment instead of installments. this lowered his total finance charges by a couple of hundred dollars, but i... view morencreased the imputed APR by a couple of tenths of a percent. When the customer complained we tried to explain it to him, but he could not understand. We offered to allow him to pay from the original contract, but he refused to because it cost more. We tried to help him to understand and even spoke to his father, who understood we had helped him, but could not get him to let go of the issue. As the saying goes, "No good deed goes unpunished."

i bought an 01 cobra from this company mid may of this year. i had driven from NY with my gf and a friend to pick this car up. picked it up the following Monday of may and driven it back to NY. didn`t have n e problems with it and realized the traction control button was stuck on off. no biggy. June came around and didn`t have my title sent to me yet so they sent me another plate for the month of July bc it was runni... view moreng out. wasn`t able to register my car in NY so still had to wait for the title. finally received my title and registered my car in mid July. now still in Sept and have not received a title in my name but that`s on the dmvs lap. as of right now my car is under going a transmission and clutch replacement due to a loss in forth gear. never was i told about this. i rarely drive my car and am always on business trips. so needless to say not very good ethics with trying to sell a car for one. poor business quality to getting the car in the owners hands and registered. i did get my 1000 check back as agreed and was called on my birthday for a follow up but needless to say again not happy with what i bought for 15,000 grand.

He was not promised a refund. He tried to use negative lies as leverage to get $ he is not due. The DMV, Ebay,PayPal, BBBureau and even his credit card company have all found that we did nothing wrong and had disclosed in writing on our auction our policy regarding refunds of deposits, which said that unless the car is not what we describe it is entirely nonrefundable.
