Had my Acura TL serviced today at Gatorland Acura on Main Street, It was the best experience I`ve had at a New Car Dealer anyway. Please tell your freinds and family about their great service department. Oh they also work on Honda and all other makes of vehicles.

Bad Service Department

I attempted to bring my car in this morning for a major service. I was greeted extremely rudely by Amanda the &quot;Customer Service&quot; agent. She did not greet me, she rudely asked me if I had my key. When I asked about a loaner she said she didn`t even know who I was or what I was doing. I asked her if I could speak to a manager and she called me a &quot;child&quot; and told me &quot;oh y... view moreeah, bring your car to me, that`s a good idea&quot; in a very sarcastic manner. I spoke to Rick Townsend the Service Manager who tried to alleviate the situation, but she continued to berate me from the other room. I was extremely insulted and shocked at the horrible level of customer service at your dealership, although he offered to reserve a loaner car for me on Monday, I will not be back. I will not be treated this way when there are many other places to go.
