I happen to work nearby Peterson`s, so let me begin by promoting the fact that these guys give up to a 20% discount because of it..not too shabby, considering that most auto places want to charge MORE! I had my starter die on me a few months back..but these guys were great at making me get a little piece of mind. No tow charges at all, reasonable price & friendly service. I found this shop on the web and I`m glad that I did. All the good reviews on here are the truth. The customer service is excellent. The job they did on my Cadillac was great and now I feel that all the places I went for service in the past including the dealership were just ripp offs. Customer service in auto repair is not dead after all

I wish I could give these guys 10 stars. I found them online in a pinch when my Beetle was leaking oil and they were right near my house so I called them up. They were so friendly and patiently listened to the issues I was having with my car so I felt confident right away and brought the car in. I am a female and this is the first place I have ever felt like I was not being ripped off or spoken to in a condescending ... view moreway to. The rates were very reasonable and they gave me a ride home when I left the car for repair. I initially brought the car to a certain big named dealership and was treated horribly, made to feel my car was junk, and told I needed far more things fixed than what was needed. These guys at Peterson are honest and want to work with you to fix what is within your means to fix at at that time. I am a young, working person who can only afford to get a little fixed at a time and Michael and the guys totally understood that. So if your car needs some work, get to these guys now.

Best shop I have ever found and here is why. I have never had a business so interest in my being 100 % satisfied as Peterson Auto and Truck. Kevin or Chris most patiently and thoroughly discuss what work needs to be done. They won`t over sell you or over price you. they actually listen to the customer!

i know just enough about engines and cars to be dangerous. with that being said i brought my F-150 in and informed kevin what i thought might be going on with the charging system. he listened, checked it out and i was right as well as one or two other issues he found. nice to be able to trust a shop for once.

Great Auto Repair Experience

Recently took my Cadillac to Peterson Auto And Truck for repairs for the first time. Was pleasantly suprised at the level of customer service and honest assessment of my vehicle. Plus the price was right and received a 2 yr/24,000 mile warranty on repairs. Kevin the manager was very helpful and went out of his way to make us feel like we had done business with them for years. The guys at Peterson were great. They looked over everything and then discussed the repair with me. Everything was great and they even saved the old parts to show me what all broke.
