This dealer is subpar by far. I have experienced far better customer service fro m all other dealers. This place does not appear to care about their customers, only their customer`s money. I called various times to inquire about parts information and found that they are not very helpful. If you`re only in need of a small inexpensive part that`s part of an assembly they will tell you that you can only get it by purcha... view moresing the entire assembly that is far more expensive. When I called another Harley dealer they said the inexpensive part was available to be ordered. This happened with Lakeland Harley on multiple occasions. I live closer to this store but will not go there. I will travel an extra 25 mile just to purchase parts from a dealer that actually cares about the customer (Brandon Harley).
