WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR VEHICL...

WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR VEHICLE FIXED! When my Envoy started having transmission issues, I took my car to Steve at Walt`s. The car was still under an extended warranty, so all Steve had to do was call the warranty company with the repair quote and they would cover the cost. Steve let my vehicle sit for TWO WEEKS before finally calling the warranty company, and then it sat for another FOUR WEEKS before he finally fixe... view mored it. Six weeks later, he fixed my transmission and informed me that I needed a new drive shaft, too, which added another two weeks to the repair. After having my Envoy for a total of EIGHT WEEKS, Steve finally returned the car to me, with more damage to it. While my car was at Walt`s Automotive, the air suspension system in the rear of the vehicle blew (probably from having the transmission in the back of the truck for six weeks) and I had to eat the cost of fixing it. BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Steve yelled at me and said he was "doing me a favor" when I called to complain about how long they had my car for. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO WALT`S AUTOMOTIVE!!!
