I phoned first asking about tire prices, was recommended a tire and told the price and when I went in (early for my appointment) that scheduled day, I was taken in promptly, shown the sitting area, offered coffee and waited. shortly, I`d say less than an hour, the car was done and the price was as quoted on the phone, no hidden charges. Very Rude and Pushy

The service manager is very rude. I called them when I was sent a recall notice by GMC. I called first and they said they could do it. When we arrived it took 2 hrs for them to look at it. Then then gave a laundry list of other problems and said they did not have the recall part (then why did I come?)

Brian from the service department just called and threatened to send the part back and never install it if I ... view moredid not schedule Monday or Tuesday. It is interesting that he thinks he has the authority not to back the GMC recall just because he is in a bad mood.

Stay away from Phillips, They smile when they sell a car but look out if you need service.
