Worst experience ever! If I could give them zero star would be awesome. This people show up at accident seen before cops. I try to contact my state farm insurance to send me a towing truck but they convinced me not to! Being accident virgin, not my fault and stressed i beilibe that they ard there to help me. They told me that their shop is open 15 yrs and state farm certified. I trust them and i left my car there. ... view more I got home and start searching for their business and i found out that they are open only two months! So next mornimg I went there to poch up my car and they told me to pay $511 to release my car! These people are nothing but thieves! Only $200 for administration fee! Towing, storage and taxes! I make $10 an hour Student. Just imagine how i felt at the moment. I call Alex and told him how he promise meas a friend to not screw me over. Alex told me storage fee inside was 65 dollers and towing is 101 plus 5 doller for each mile! From accident seen to shop it was only 5 miles away! They were not in my insurance bodyshop list and they told me to be in their list they have to pay state farm 100 thousand but at first place hetold me their shop is state farm shop! They offer me to charge me only 250 dollars deductible and not report my accident to car fax! I freak out because I know that is againt the law! Please save yourselves and call the number in the back of your insurance card after 911 and dont go through what I went through!
