I bought a groupon for a $20 oil change & informed the service agent upon my arrival. Instead, they gave me a $40 "signature service" and gave me a "deal" by taking off the amount that I already paid off the final bill-THIS BUSINESS IS CLASSIC TRICKERY!!!

We usually visited the dealers...

We usually visited the dealership for oil changes/tune ups on one of our cars. We used JL one time in a misguided effort to try and save some cash. Big mistake. They broke a part, causing several hundred $ worth of damage and refuse to take any responsibility, saying the part was already broken. The dealer determined otherwise. They made ZERO effort to make things right. Visit at your own risk.
