Please refer to an exact date for what you are saying I did. I own JACKS here in Tampa. And I can guarantee you that I did not take $240.00. I don`t charge for the parts upfront ever. You drop the car off, we fix it, then you pay when you pick it up. Please either remove that comment or show me a receipt or some paperwork to back your statement up. And by you claim, it appears that whoever you are referring to was going to come to you and fix the car? We don`t do that. We can tow it to the shop, but no inside repairs are made, ever. I found Andrew on craigslist, ...

I found Andrew on craigslist, called him and let him know that I wanted him to replace my radiator, whiich he did do that, then a few weeks later I noticed that I might need a new transmission, I called Andrew, since he has previously worked on my car before, and he agreed to fix it. He later told me that the job would cost $540, for labor and a used transmission. He said that I would have to give him the $240 now so... view more he can order the transmission and this was on Feb 25th. he said it will take a week for it to deliver. but now its March 17th . I was able to talk to him last week and ask him whats going on he said that he would come the next day and fix it himself and since then I haven`t heard from him, he doesn`t pick up his phone nor returns his call. I`m currently a college student, and that money is something I worked hard in earning. I really don`t wanna take this further and report him for theft. So Andrew if you happen to read this please refund me the $240.00, I don`t even want the transmission anymore. College student
