The very first time I took my mom to get new tires for there Ford Suv,had coupon buy 2 tires get 2 free,well we waited and waited and no said a thing so we are thinking that everthing is ok,after 3 hours they say its done,is ever thing ggod to go I asked.?? No the guy behined the counter tells us,didnt my boss tell you?,well no,he said nothing,he says will its not my fault,its the way my boss does it,what a shock its... view more the worse place I have been,well my mom was upset,and a call 1800 pissed off,got a regional manager,and he made it right..,but do you have to do all that,just to get good service.??well it was more than just brakes,but dont you think that it could have done this the first time?? I would never go there they like to waste your time
