Recently replaced pads and rotors on my car. Watched You Tube and read websites. The employee at Carquest gave me extra pointers, steered me to another reputable business that turned the rotors (even made a phone call), etc. saved about $40 doing the job myself. Most car shop employees are under the hood jocks specializing in parts delivery, but this store truly wanted to help the average guy. Great job, Carquest!
