Our experience was on the Dodge side of things. We ended up getting a Charger that had problems. We had the car in about 5 times and was even without our car for around 15 days. We were in touch with the Chrysler Company as well as the dealership. I am rating this dealership as 4 stars based on the fact that they made it right in the end. It took a lot of time on our behalf but the Sales Manager and his team ultimate... view morely exchanged our vehicle and made the whole process easy for us. I would not recommend the Dodge service department by any means but their sales department has true professionals. We were by no means "nice" to the sales department (even though a lot of the problems we had stemmed from the service department), so I think that they handled our frustration very well and we appreciate that.
