This was an (unfortunatley) very rare example of STELLAR customer service for me. I spoke with Mark about a tire I needed for my wife`s car, a donut spare that would fit in the wheel well because her`s was misplaced. After a few days and a few conversations with him, he tracked down this tire for me. It wasn`t even his shop that had it. He reffered me to a competitor just because they had it.
