NEVER GO TO TIRE KINGDOM, at least not this branch, I went there twice in 2 different occasions, been treated in a very horrible way, by an employee named Jason, the only reason why I came back the 2nd time is because I have warranty on my tires, and they`re the closest branch to me. Jason was so rude that he wanted me to change my calibers for $800, I said "No, I need to consult with my mechanic friends in Dayt... view moreona" his response was "why don`t you just take it to them?" Guess what, the Calibers didn`t need any change, one of them on the right side was locked from putting on the emergency breaks and just needed to be released, that was over 6 weeks ago, the car is running lovely, that mechanic fixed the problem and changed my breaks for $100.... I saved $700, and Jason was right, I should take my car to my friends, and not bring it to his branch again.

Awful service

Took them two hours to change a tire, they didn`t have anything in stock but a crappy off brand cheap tire that cost just as much as a name brand one at another store. Staff was unhelpful and ignorant, I had to say something 3 times to finally get someone to spend 5 minutes putting my tire on the rim. They weren?ˆ™t even going to put the tire on my car until I said something about it. The guy at the counter, Chevy, a... view morelso tried to push more work on me than I wanted done. This was my first visit to Tire Kingdom and they had a chance to make a good first impression, but they failed miserably. I would?ˆ™ve been a repeat customer but I assure you I would think twice about going back there if I got a flat in there parking lot.
