disappointed! i had them chang...

disappointed! i had them change my oil pan on my van this past week. The next day after getting it home, I went to take the fill cap off to add my usual high mileage additive. The cap just spun around, both ways. It obviously got put on too tight or something. I took it back the following day only to be told, `oh, this happens when it gets hot, they can break`.....really? it was perfectly fine before i brought it the... view morere and was not broken. So I was told where to buy a new one. They did not take responsibility at all, costing me another $10 for a new cap. Oh and I loved how he broke my old one off and had to unscrew the threaded part left in there with a pair of pliers!!!! Definitely, will never go there again!!
