WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE..completely unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and vulgar. Not only the receptionist who screamed "WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" to my husband when he was trying to see if she knew where to find another location`s number, but also the owner. He called me a b**** and a c*** and called me from his personal line at 9042700036 and screamed and told me to f*ck off b*tch and then hung up on me... view more. He also told me to s**k his d*** ... he also wanted to inform me that he`s a millionaire and makes millions every day so I basically didn`t matter. This was all because my husband`s car got towed, that was the number given to us, and they were mad that we called the wrong number. When I called back after hearing what my husband had told me the receptionist said to him, I also got ahold of the same woman and she was just as rude to me as she was my husband. So I called again and got what I asked for the first three times, the owner, and he was far worse than her. I didn`t understand if he made millions, why was he so miserable and angry at a young lady trying to find her car? He also wished me that my car never gets returned to me and he called me and my husband both f**king retards for calling the wrong towing service. When I tried apologizing for calling the wrong number he refused to take the apology, and continued with his incompetent, ignorant, unprofessional manner and without a doubt, it was the worst customer service I`ve ever experienced IN MY LIFE and I`ve already sent complaints to the corporation as well as the better business bureau to shut them down so that no one ever has to deal with their horrific service again. The only reason I gave it a 1 star rating was because this website made me rate it. I would`ve given it a negative 5 stars if I could.
