Horrible service

They don`t even deserve a star. They had horrible, horrible service. I paid them to have a 10k service done on my bike and they didn`t do what I paid for. I changed the brake fluid two weeks after the service because they didn`t do it...even though I paid to have it done. They also put a faulty battery in my bike that didn`t even meet the minimum requirements and I had to research to find the correct battery, hav... view moree it shipped to me, deliver the battery to HD so they could install it. Will NEVER, EVER do business with them again at any of their locations.

Adamac`s

The sales staff was all about putting me into a bike I did not want. Because they had it in stock. They refused to custom order the Fatboy I wanted. "Take it or leave it." was the phrase the sales manager used. I left it.

Not good for out of town buyers

Called to get a quote for a new Harley. Had the money in pocket but live about 1-1 1/2 hours away. The salesman would not talk over the phone. Said he didn`t have time to waste giving prices on phone. Called Orlando Harley, not only did they give a good quote on the phone, they had the bike ready to go the next morning when we arrived to pick it up.
