Unreliable; Took a week for my daughter`s car to be fixed after he promised it in 2 days. Told her he would call and give her an update each day, but he never did. She had to call him and everyday the story changed. Sorry to say it, but my daughter was from out of town (IL) so I`m sure he didn`t care.
