This is the most unprofessional, deceitful dealership ever. They sold me a car without a working hand break, a muffler that was so worn it developed a huge hole a few weeks after I bought it and a radiator that overheated with me and my 6 month old in the car. Only after a rep from the bank called Auction Direct the finance rep, Sergio told him to have me call them and they would help. I called them optimistically thinking they would help, I am a single mom and had no way to fix it and I need my car to get to work and pick up my baby, but it turns out the only reason Sergio asked me to call was so that he could tell me in person that they were not going to help me with anything and that I should never have called the bank. He was spiteful and hurtful and just wanted to make me feel worse. Auction Direct does not care about the consumer, they should not be in business and sold me an unsafe car.

Auction Direct ? with NO aucti...

Auction Direct ? with NO auction prices! Cars are too OVER priced, and come with NO warranty! I would not recommend ! Theyre are a few other used car dealerships around this one, so drive right by!
