We are very disappointed in the service on our radiator. They replaced it, and it only lasted 1 1/2 years. They say it is our fault because the system needed to be flushed. They flushed it twice and charged us $90 each time, For this service we paid $1200, it included several items, like hoses and belts. On our way to the Keys on vacation, it kept overheating. We had to stop for hours at a repair shop on a Saturd... view moreay afternoon to get it replaced. We called Gary and Mike`s from the Keys and told them we need to talk. They said; "There`s nothing to talk about." When we returned form the vacation and spoke with them, they were unwilling to take any responsibility. We needed new brakes and gave them the opportunity to "make it right" with us. Basically giving them a second chance, but they declined. I also want to add that they changed my oil and a few weeks later it was 2 quarts low. I was surprised because in the past we have had good service. Guess the place is going downhill. We do not recommend this repair shop.
