I have been going to Scott for my repairs for 15 or more years. My whole family and most of my friends also use Autoworks. The two working side by side make an amazing team. I have never met a more honest group of guys. They are completely willing to accept any mistakes they might make, as nobody is perfect. When being presented with a diagnosis and quote, I am always given options and shown and explained the problems in detail so that I am informed, and can make my own decisions as to what is best for me, my vehicle, and my budget. I have NEVER been pressured. I have many women friends that also use Autoworks. Many have asked me to have the diagnosis and price checked with my friends shop. At no point have there ever been any disagreements or feelings of unfairness. To finish, if you want to feel like you have been treated fairly and appreciated, this is definitely the shop for you. These guys go above and beyond and will stop at no lengths to make their customers happy. I look forward to many years of using them for my automotive needs.
