Honest Guys!!

Eddie popped a bumper back in place for my wife and even polished away a scuff. He did this and did not even charge her. He could have tried to rip her off and made some easy money but was an honest guy. Thank you very much!!

DISGUSTINGLY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL...Don`t like women

THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS INCREDIBLY PAINFUL!! I needed to have my expensive import painted so I went to the Carsmetics on N. Dale Mabry for an estimate. For the record, I was willing to pay $4,000 for a new paint job, but was looking for a bit lower price. I walked in & a heavy-set manager was behind the desk & said he would be right with me. I said no problem. I stood there for more than 5 minutes watching him look ar... view moreound. No phone calls, paperwork, etc. I was confused. I figured out that he was waiting for a tall employee with curly hair to finish with another customer so that worker could wait on me. Finally, after 10 minutes of standing in the office, the tall man came back into the office & continued to help the customer he was with. I stood & waited at least another 5-7 minutes. Why wouldn`t the manager help me???? So, I finally get to speak with the employee & he treated me soooo badly. We walked to my car & I told him I needed an estimate for a paint job. The employee acted as if I could not afford their paint jobs. He acted like I did not have money for a sandwich much less a $4,000 paint job. I had a $500 Coach bag on my arm, designer clothes, & $300 Prada shoes. He never smiled or greeted me. He just asked me coldly what I needed. I actually had to force him to write up an estimate. I guess they just don`t like women. When I looked at the estimate, everything was misspelled (my name which is easy, my address, etc). He could not wait to get rid of me & my money. The entire process was PAINFUL!!!!! I`m so incredibly happy that he saved me from giving this company my hard-earned money. If they treated me this badly during the estimate, I can not imagine how badly they would treat me during & after the painting process.

WOW!!!!!

All I can say is WOW!!! Not only did Carsmetics on Dale Mabry beat two dealer quotes I had by almost half but they got the job done in half the time. Don`t let the name fool you. They don`t just do small scratches and dings they do anything just short of frame damage. My car color matched perfect and the job was done on time. Thank you guys! You have earned a customer for life.
