RUDE and unbusiness like!

I found the name & phone number of this company doing a search for glass and mirror installation. They were the only company that came up under that title. I called them for a "general" quote on mirror installation, and when I advised the employee that I was in Orlando he refused to give me any information and then proceeded to hang up on me. I was not asking them to drive out to Orlando and give me a quote, but g... view moreave them the specific measurements I would need and was only looking to compare to another quote I had received. Being that they are in the "glass" business, I did not feel that that was an unreasonable request. I wasn`t asking them to do any intensive research or really do much, other than input the dimensions I had already supplied them and tell me what they would normally charge for an installation similar to this in their area. I can not believe that they proceeded to tell me, "why should we go to ALL THAT trouble if we are not installing your mirrors?" Let me tell you...I would never have you do an installation for me just on principal alone, and my husband is a contractor who actually works an hour and fifteen mintues from here, and COULD feasibly use your company....but you will never get any referrals from either of us! Horrible service, rude and unprofessional!
