I went in to get a headlight bulb changed. My car would not crank for the mechanic when they got ready to pull it out of the bay. They had torn my air handler hose and they just taped it back up! They also broke the hose connector on my radiator and i didn`t find that out until the next day. I had to replace the radiator because that part is made on to it. For me to get fixed, what they broke, ended up costing... view more me almost $1000.00. I took my car somewhere else who fixed it right. I would not take a wagon to Tuffy. Oh, and the mechanic acted ticked off when i was not going to pay in cash for the headlight repair. He muttered, ` I didn`t want to make out a ticket.` What does that tell you?

Overpriced!

I think $850 is too much to pay for ac repair. Yesterday I paid $300 to repair my ac. The ac worked for one day. Today, no ac. I drove to Tuffy, explained my situation and they presented me with another estimate for $550. I can`t bear to give them any more money. I simply do not trust them. They have my $300 and I have no air conditioning. Beware ladies!
