Please don`t use this dealership!

My most recent experience with this dealership was most dissapointing. I`ve used Courtesy Pontiac for years but on Wed, 4/12 they lost me as a Customer. I took my car in for an oil change & tire rotation & to check a steering that felt loose. I was told I needed an Idler Arm, Relay and Alignment for $564 + Tax. I went to a reputable Auto Repair Shop for a second opinion and was told there was nothing wrong with that... view more part. Goes to show, you can never trust the Dealership. Please beware of Courtesy Pontiac.
