This auto shop acted very unprofessionally and unethically when I was in an accident and had them fix my car. First of all, it took over 2 months for them to get my car back to me. Once I got it back there were still huge problems. I had to take it back in to them twice and I`m still having problem with my car, a 2012 vehicle. The first time it had to go back, they did not even check my transmission, which is the re... view moreason the car had to go back to them, They just told me it was fine and then a week later, my friend checked the transmission fluid and it was bone dry. When I took it back the second time, they offered me a rental at their expense. They took my bank card number, assuring me that nothing would be charged, but charged me for it anyway and overdrew that particular bank account. When I told them of this error, they stopped communicating with me and refused to amend the situations. Francela Aybar is extremely unprofessional, turning my life into a virtual nightmare. I would warn anyone, don`t waste your time with this place. Your car will be messed up and they will put you through hell trying to get things straightened out and it will only end when you drag them to court. They have had at least 6 complaints with the BBB. My issues with them are in the process of going through litigation. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else.
