Bad service

I went in to get a quote on my car & stood outside (in clear view of all personnel inside) for about 15 minutes, without even being paid any attention to...not even, we`ll be with you in a moment, etc. Just plain ignored...I simply drove off without any attempt on their part to stop me. In this economy, when fixing/painting your car is a luxury, I wonder about the intelligence of such bad service.
