Oil change gone bad

i scheduled an appointment online which claims to be faster than just walking in. the shop was very busy so i understood a longer time than normal. i chose goodyear because they were closer than the Tuffy that i have gone to in the past. in short, an oil change,air filter and wiper blade service took 2.5hrs! the online estimate was 19.99 and even though i estimated more because i needed wiper blades and air filter my... view more total cost was 74.00! when i asked about the increase i was told my ford needed 2 more quarts of oil than normal ( i was never notified prior which they`re supposed to do before work is done) the air filter was 20$!?? and the wiper blades were 20$!!?? next time im traveling the extra mile and choosing Tuffy.
