They are incompetent and dishonest. Avoid them at ALL costs! I was looking for a rebuilt trsnsmission for my truck. They sounded like they knew what they were doing. Not only are they incompetent, they dont honor their warranty! They didnt send unit right away as promised They took nearly 4 months just to send my warranty With under 1,000 miles, my "rebuilt, heavu duty" transmission was slipping ... view morein all fwd gears and reverse I sent it back in September. It hasnt been repaired or returned as of December. They dont answer the phone unless I call from a different number.

ordered a transmission and torque convertor from them for around 1075.00 dollars.transmission took 3 months to get here and alone cost 850.00 with free shipping.got the run around on convertor and never recieved it.transmission never had a tailshaft housing.going to call better business beareau.buy local
