Not happy with this dealership

Looked at an SUV here, loved it, and started the process to purchase it. We looked at it on a Saturday, agreed on price out the door and was told we would have the terms come Monday. Monday comes and we were told we needed some more documentation. We delivered it Monday late afternoon and was told they would have an answer the following day. Next day I received a call from our sales rep saying oh by the way the SUV w... view moreas sold...... Maybe this is how used dealerships are but I think it was dirty! Our sales rep was super nice from the start and very helpful. I do not know if it was the GM, sale rep, or maybe that is the dealership`s policy but it was a total waste of time. I will never do business with a company that would treat their customers that way.
