I brought my Mercedes SUV to MBVW a few times and it was always a pleasure dealing with Matt and Linda. The last time I came for an oil change and engine light warning. When I picked up my car, I was not happy to notice a crack in the front bumper. I brought it to the attention of Matt and it was clear that he was not aware of it beforehand.
