Avoid it. Unbusinesslike, frustrating, terrible communicators, unreliable as to schedules. Will waste your time and test your patience. For a small on-site repair they were vague as to date and time of work. Repairman performed satisfactory work then his boss unexpectedly demanded cash. They ultimately accepted my good check. For a larger job, Mercedes-driving salesman inspected site and promised a quote but ne... view morever delivered despite several followups. They duck phone calls, fail to call back, do not adhere to scheduling promises. Self-satisfied. They do not need or deserve your business.
