Went to this dealership hoping to have a great experience. Never happened aggressive salesman manager completed un responsive... Needless to say I purchased my vehicle had to return twice ly fing out 45 days later they didn`t charge me for a tag . So I ad to pay again after giving them 4000 dollars down. No one apoligized for he mistake . I proceeded to inquire about the iPad which was promised and was told we made y... view moreou a great deal on vehicle so we will not honor the promotion.. Not great business practice and still never received a sorry when asking the manager he pointed his finger in my face and said leave the vehicle if your not happy ly problem where`s my car after 45 days not happy still no apology... My friend this week went to ka inlakeand and was so excited on he quick and efficient service. He said they treated me like royalty.. Guess I will drive the extra miles for his type of service....
