Trustworthy, friendly and good at their jobs

Buchholz recently was recommended to me by a mechanic at Gainesville Lincoln Mercury after I`d been in a fender bender. First of all, they`re very sweet and helpful, making sure your insurance gets your rental car there, explaining the process of getting the check and standing up for you against the insurance companies when they don`t want to cover something that is necessary. They did a great job on my Hyundai Acc... view moreent and I would absolutely recommend them. They are a little bit slow at passing on information (some things I told one person didn`t get passed along to another, and I got a couple confusing phone messages). It`d be a good idea to call them once a day to make sure you`re on the same page, but their work is expert and they are the nicest people you`ll meet.
