I am giving them 2 stars because the salesman was actually pleasant to speak with. I purchased a 2004 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer model,from them in June,2013 from an ad they had on the auction site ,Ebay. Seeing as I was 400 miles from the Dealership ,I purchased ,without inspecting in person .When the vehichle arrived at my residence I discovered that the windshield was destroyed.Not cracked or chipped,but totally ... view morescraped from bad wipers,and it was instantly apparent that it needed replacing ,as you can barely see through it. I feel they were being deceitful.
