Poor repair, damaged vehicle

Took 4 days to repair my car, when I picked it up there was a clunking noise, and there were dents across the front of my hood and greasy black fingerprints on them, he said he didn`t know anything about them, that they must have been there when I brought it in, he refused to repair dents.
