Deserves NO star whatsoever! Absolutely the biggest rip off I have ever encountered. Wahid Sikter, owner, is a total scam artist. He has his used cars "tweaked" in which the entire Check Engine system is disconnected, odometer, will try to sell you cars with no spare tire, all sorts of hidden problems, will not permit you to take it to a mechanic, will state he is an "honest" person and that you h... view moreave a "warranty". But he does not honor his warranties and if you insist on getting him to so so, he calls the Police on you for trespassing his property. He will then try to accuse you of something made up, such as the car you traded in had a re-built title- I gave him my cars CARFAX and there is no such thing! He thinks counter-accusing his customers will make his evil deeds acceptable... You will have no recourse but to file a Civil Lawsuit. This place is a total rip-off, believes he is above the law and can rip off people as he surely did in Bangladesh. He sells on ebay under other names, has a team of internet capable countrymen who spend their time posting cars and positive reviews RUN from this place, you will lose, be stuck with NO WARRANTY and a car that has been literally stripped of basic tools required by law! An investigation of American Car Connection and Wahid Sikter should be performed, he is ripping off innocent people at will.
